  2. Over the Phone with our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system

    You can access some of our self-serve options by dialing *LUCKY (*58259) free from your Lucky Mobile phone, or by calling 1 833-88-LUCKY (1 833-885-8259) from a home phone, and following the prompts.

The Lucky Mobile My Account app and My Account are the easiest ways to manage your service 24/7.
