How to view your payment history

With Lucky Mobile you can view your payment history in two different ways:

Note: If you recently made a payment, it might take an hour for the payment to appear in your payment history.

With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:

1. Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone
2. Click on the Balance icon
3. Click View payment history
4. Select the “From” and “To” dates for which you wish to view the payments

With My Account:

1. Log in to My Account
2. Click the My Prepaid Account tab
3. Click View payment history found in the Current balance section
4. Select the “From” and “To” dates for which you wish to view specific payments
