How to link or unlink a phone number to your My Account profile

If you would like to add additional phone numbers under your Lucky Mobile profile, follow the steps below. Note: You can add up to 6 phone numbers to your My Account profile.

To link a phone number:

1. Sign in to My Account on the website or open the My Account app
2. Go to My Profile
3. Click Link a Prepaid Account
4. Enter the phone number you’d like to link to your profile
5. Click on Continue and follow the instructions

If you would like to unlink a phone number from your Lucky Mobile profile, follow the steps below.

To unlink a phone number:

1. Sign in to My Account on the website or open the My Account app
2. Go to My Profile
3. Click Remove a phone number next to the number you want to remove from your profile
4. Click Remove from My Account
