Unlink a phone number from my profile but not work at all

I tried to remove a second phone number from my profile and receive email notification telling me it is removed. In fact, the number is still there after a day. Any suggestion?

Hi, 

Tks for reply. I chatted with the hotline and it turns out something related to the info validation. I need to do the validation in store later to claim, tks!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The Community being a peer to peer assistance channel, it would be hard to determine the cause, however you can try the following;

  • Ensure to remove any form of automatic payment on the phone number prior the removal attempt.
  • Clear your browsers cookies and cache and try again.
  • If you tried via the app, give the website a try and/or vice/versa.
  • Make sure the app is updated to it's latest version.
  • Try in incognito mode on a web browser.
  • Try a different web browser.

Give those a try and keep the Community updated with the results.
