Unable to Call the netherlands with region1

I bought the service plan for region 1 ,which includes calls to the netherlands, but i cant make these calls. If i try , i get a message to topup service plans other than region 1. Now the other plans don't include the netherlands. So what should i do. I need to make a call urgently.

We wanted to reach out to see if you were able to make the call or if you were still facing the same issue.
If so, here are a few things to try and consider;
- Have you verified the composition of the phone number in question to make sure it is dialed correctly?
- Could it be possible that the phone number is from a different location?
- Do you still have available minutes in your plan?
- Have you tried to restart your phone and/or reset your network settings?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to verify your concern and open a ticket if needed?
