Problem with WhatsApp

Hello,

I got my line less than a month ago and used it on Whatsapp about 12 days ago. WhatsApp has blocked my number for the second time running without just cause. I have tried endlessly to reach them to resolve this. I am suspecting my number is a recycled number that must have been reported to WhatsApp for infractions.

Kindly resolve this urgently.

We do apologize for any inconvenience, but you've already taken the steps to have this resolved; you'll need to speak to WhatsApp customer support. 

As they're a third party service and block and unblock numbers independently of someone's mobility provider, they'll need to handle it through their own means.

Do keep the Community up to date as to any updates.

I firmly believe the MSISDN is a churned and recycled one that must have been reported to WhatsApp for some violation before I bought it from Lucky. 

I would have to drop the line and get another one.

 

Your phone number +1 (506) 343-**** is banned from using WhatsApp Business. Please contact customer support for assistance

Hi:

I'm a new user of Lucky mobile,tried to install whatsapp business many times, But i can NOT receive verification code from whatsapp by SMS, I also changed the option to call me,But it says: " we couldn't send an SMS to your number, we couldn't call your number" !!!

I do NOT have any problem to receive  SMS or calls from others.

I would be highly appreciated if anybody can help me.

You can fix it by contacting whatsapp business support, or if possible the simplest way is to give a call to customer service of Lucky Mobile and ask them to change the your phone number if you are ok with getting a new number. There will not be any number change fees at Lucky Mobile.

Hey guys i eSim on my phone and i wanted to sign up for WhatsApp but it repeatedly tells me to check my number or try back in 1 hour, nor the calling option works. i tried Viber and Signal they worked with no issues. i deleted the the app and Reinstalled it but no luck.
