Starting several weeks ago, I stopped receiving most calls to my phone because the calls went straight to voicemail. The caller could leave a VM and a notification would quickly appear on my phone. Equally strange, there would be no record of a call in the dialing app Recent tab.
After changing every setting described in straight-to-VM problem posts, I turned off Wi-Fi on my phone. Calls immediately came to my phone as expected. It is not a good solution because I now use data all the time.
Suggestions or explanations? Thanks!

Thanks you for the multiple suggestions, all good. I wish I could say which specific one made the difference, but it appeared to be changing all phone app settings pertaining to DND (do not disturb). I deleted every way the phone might go to DND. It worked. Thanks!

Good morning, @CB_BCBR. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for your post.
When you're trying to make or accept calls with your wi-fi connected on your phone, can you make sure that you do not have Wi-Fi Calling enabled in your phone's settings? For iOS this can be done from your Settings app under Phone, and Android this can be checked in the Phone app, then going to Settings > Call Settings. Wi-Fi Calling through Lucky Mobile is not supported, however it would be best to make sure any settings in your phone are not interfering.
Additionally, are you making calls through the stock Phone app included in your phone, or through a third party app? If the latter, try using just the stock app and see if this issue persists.
And as a last solution, you can try doing a factory reset on your phone to put everything back to a blank slate and see if your calling works as normal.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
