Local Calling Addon for Data Only Plan

Hello All,

I am just in Vancouver for a few months and purchased the $15 Data Only / 500MB Plan just to use with Whatsapp and basic email while I am here. The card is installed in a phone I brought over with me from the UK.

I also need to make local calls, local texts and occasional calls back to London, but the addons only provide international not local. 

If I purchased one of the $5 international plans will I be able to make / receive local calls & texts within Vancouver and also to the UK?

Hey there @KatzenKuhHahn,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The plan that you have selected is only capable of using Data and calling and texting is not available. 

You best option is to navigate on your My Account profile and change your plan to one that would better suit your needs here.
