I am trying to get my new to me phone to work with my lucky sim card with no luck

Hello I have a Bell Unlocked to any provider Samsung Galaxy A20 that I have reviewed that Lucky mobile does in fact allow the use of this phone but when i go to activate it in their app it says that they dont. I have changed all of the recommended apn settings, i have called lucky and bell but no one seems to know what to do. someone please tell me some trick here. It just keeps telling me unregistered SIM mobile network state is unknown and tghe service state is out of service although i just topped up. please help

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

In the instance that you acquired your phone via a friend, pawn shop, Kijiji, etc, it could be that the phone is network locked. If so we encourage you to get in contact with the person whom provided you the phone.
