How can I link my account when I have no mobile service with my previous provider???

I am having so much trouble trying to get hooked up with Lucky Mobile here.

I do want to have my same number that I had with my previous provider...but right now I have NO provider .

Ii need to be able to get into this new account with  Lucky Mobile so I can pay set up my payment plan.

Hi there, @Busybee. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for your post.

To be clear, when you say you have "no provider" - have you already cancelled your services with your previous provider without porting your number to Lucky Mobile first? If so, you would not be able to keep that same number and have already surrendered said number.

If this is the case, depending on how recently you cancelled your services with your previous prior you will need to contact them to re-activate your account.
