Dollarama bonus - account was suspended for a few hours after one month - Am I still eligible?

I have purchased the SIM card from Dollarama and activated the account. My account was suspended for a few hours after one month, I added funds that day to reactivate. I'm waiting for my Dollarama bonus text still almost a month later. Should it take this long?

Firstly, have you reviewed the eligibility rules and taken the proper steps to make sure you're included in the promotion? You can check out the details on our website at Lucky Mobile SIM cards at DollaramaOpens in a new tab or window, but also to make sure, you must:

  • Purchase a Lucky Mobile SIM card from Dollarama (SIM cards are non-refundable)
  • Activate the SIM card
  • Remain opted in to marketing preferences in order to receive SMS messages from Lucky Mobile
  • Complete an initial top up for the first month
  • Top up within 30 days to cover the second month

If your second top up was outside of that first 30 days, you would not be able to receive the gift card.

July 17, 2023   Hello Lucky Mobile  I have the same problem, I have activated 3 accounts & have complained by phone, & never got any info on how to claim the $20 Dollarama G.C.  This forum is the only place I have ever even seen an answer.  Staff appear that they are not properly trained and/or do not care
