Does anyone complaining about service interruption in Markham city, Ontario?

I have a big problem with the service in Markham city, Ontario. There is an intermittent service interruption,. if someone tries to call me, the call goes directly towards the voice mail and subsequently I miss it. I missed some important calls cause I don't receive them. The technical support team is aware of this issue. Don't know if they are able to fix it or not..
