I went over my data last month which caused my speeds to be buffered. I'm into day 3 of a new month and my speeds are still buffered, but somehow i used up 45 mbs. I restarted my phone and my software is up to date. You get what you pay for with this company.

Hey there @POS ,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
To make sure there is no confusion, usage cycles also known as billing cycles are not always renewed on the first of the month. Your anniversary date will depend on when your line was created and can be modified if a payment was made late afterwards (at that time the payment date becomes the new anniversary date).
Log in to My Account to learn when is you anniversary date to know when your plan will renew.

I did have a good data stream until midnight, then it died, dried up and blew away. Anyone else?
