4G speeds upgrade

How come some accounts have been upgraded to 4G speeds but mine remains at 3G ?

Hi there, @Bay. Welcome to the Community.

Have you reviewed your plan on your My Account profile to see if you have a 3G or 4G plan? If you're still on a 3G plan, you'll need to upgrade to a 4G plan to have those speeds available to you.
