To keep your Lucky Mobile account active, you must Top-Up your account with enough funds to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) each month.

 

Automatic Top-Up Options:

  • 1. Monthly with Low Balance Top-Up

    With this option we will automatically charge your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account every month with enough funds to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons), prior to your Monthly Charge DateOpens in a new tab or window. We will also Top-Up your account any time your balance reaches a minimum amount (set by you), ensuring you have funds available in case you need to buy a Service PassOpens in a new tab or window.

  • 2. Monthly Top-Up

    With this option we will automatically charge your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account every month with enough funds to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons), prior to your Monthly Charge DateOpens in a new tab or window.

    If you forget to change your Monthly Top-Up settings when you change your Plan and Add-Ons, we will automatically change your Top-Up amount to match your new Total Monthly Charge for you. This way, you never need to worry about losing your service.

3. Manual Top-Up

With this option, you’ll need to remember to Top-Up your account with enough funds to cover your Plan and Add-Ons, every month before your Monthly Charge DateOpens in a new tab or window, to ensure uninterrupted service.

New Lucky Mobile user. I want my bank to push the monthly charge amount to my Lucky Mobile account each month just before the Charge Date (No, I do not want to give Lucky my banking information have them pull the money out of my bank account each month.)  PROBLEM: Unlike with my previous service provider, when I search for Lucky Mobile from within my banking institution (Simplii) that name never shows up. How do I get the information needed to tell my bank where to send the money each month?

Lucky Mobile supports Automatic Top-ups in two ways Monthly with Low Balance Top-Up and Monthly Top-Up. Both do require you to register your banking, credit or visa debit information in your My Account profile.

Can I register Lucky Mobile with my bank to Top-Up?

You can use your banking information on your Lucky Mobile account for one-time or Automatic Top-Ups. Make sure you have your Bank name, Transit number, and Bank account number ready when you Top-Up.
