What top up methods are there besides pre-paid cards?

Do I have to buy a top up card each time or can I take my pin to a retailer and have them reload it for me?

Lucky Mobile offers a number of options for top-up methods - check out our How To thread here on Ways to Top-Up

Please do bear in mind as well that you're not able to top-up directly through retailers as you've implied. They do not have access to your account information, or to the systems used to host your account with Lucky Mobile. As far as retail is concerned, your only option through them would be buying a top-up card.
