SIM card Activation Issues

Sooo... here is my problem..
- I had gotten a new sim card
- Activated it
- Set up my LM acct
- (had done all the necessary things I needed to)
but when I go and try to put it in my phone..
- Put the sim and battery back in..
- Turn on the phone
- And nothing!
i can't get past the SIM LOCKED screen..
I'm not sure what to do lol ..
Is it the SIM card itself?
Or possibly that my phone might be locked or something?
Idk, HELP MEEEEE!! 😩

Two possible things come to mind.
1. A SIM card will become locked when you enter the PIN incorrectly three times. You'll need to enter the PUK code, which you can find on the little pack your SIM card came in. (the thing you snapped the card out of)
If you no longer have access to that, you may need to call Lucky Mobile's support to get your PUK code to unlock your SIM.
2. If you're certain that your SIM card was activated correctly and successfully, and you did not trigger the lock by entering your PIN three times incorrectly, then it's possible that your phone itself is locked. If you bought it from another cell provider, such as Bell, Rogers, or Telus, you'll need to contact them to unlock it. They will be able to do this for you free of charge.

Do you know which one is the PUK code, is it starting with 8930 ?
