Do I have to pay for a plan to activate a new SIM? I don't want to pay and then the SIM is not working.

In order to activate a new Lucky Mobile sim you will need to go to "Activate My Phone | My Account | Lucky Mobile" and activate it with any plan. It will run for 30 days, until your plan expires and then you will need to renew the plan for another 30 days to continue receiving/making the calls or use data.

In short, you will need to pay at least $15 if you want to use the sim for any sort of activity, including incoming msgs.
