hello I had the plan of 50 dollars for 10 gigabytes and then I changed it to 100 dollars for 50 gigabytes the problem is that when I changed I didn't get the fifty gigabytes it told me that I had already used 36% of the 50 GB and I only have left 16 GB currently what do I do?

When you change your monthly plan before your Anniversary date, you receive an amount of data is proportion to the remaining days in your billing period. As an example, if you changed your plan on the 15th day in a thirty day billing period, you would have 50% of the data normally included in that plan to use until your next Anniversary date.
Once you hit your Anniversary date, you'll receive the full amount of data normally included in your plan, in this case 50GB.
