Locked Sim and phone,  im unable to receive code and email??? What can I do ?

Hi

Trying to complete the Good to Go switch to Lucky Mobile. 

Is the e-SiM free to us users? If I have that correct, the last step for registration requires 

the number on the SIM card which I don’t have. ( As I did not physically buy one.) 

What are my next steps? As it stands now, I think I may have re-signed with Good- to-Go!
