Lost only SIM, can't receive text message to transfer service to the new one

Hi all,I lost my Lucky SIm card while traveling abroad. Purchased the new one, but if I can't transfer service to the new SIM card because now my phone can't receive the text message with the 4digit code.Any suggestions?
