I have exactly the same issue and went through the same but still could not change to e-sim

HiI have a lucky mobile physical SIM and I want to change it to the e-SIM.I tried to activate it online from my lucky mobile account but once I click the "activate" it brought me back to the home page.how can I change my current physical SIM to e-SIM...
