Hi community moderators, I am currently in Spain and I have an iPhone 15 that is locked to lucky mobile network. Since the call centre is closed and I am outside Canada, I cannot reach an agent via live chat. According to CRTC rules, all canadian devices must be unlocked for free. Could a moderator please reach me out via Private Message (PM) so I can securely provide my IMEI and get this device unlocked

Hi there, @marlopezzg. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for reaching out.
As Lucky Mobile does not sell contracted phones, and certainly not iPhones, generally speaking no phones would be locked by Lucky Mobile specifically. An exception to this however would be if the phone was stolen and reported as such by the original owner - in this case, the CRTC ruling in question is not applicable. A stolen or lost phone can only be requested to be unlocked by the original owner, e.g. the account holder.
Did you buy the phone secondhand? This can be a common scam ran on people looking to get a phone for less than retail cost, usually over eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
