I did activation today with brand new phone number, waited 2 hours no prompt came for eSim. Tried all steps mentioned on website 3 times. didn't work.
Call support waited 1 hour for call back, agent could not help transferred me to technical team. Technical team took 30 mins and end up saying they are bell technical team can't help me, and also can't transfer me back to lucky. I had to call in again.
called again waited 1.5 hours for call back, agent transferred me to prevention this time, was on hold for 15 mins in between. Prevention says cannot validate my account with 6 digits code sent on my new number which sim is not working, so they can't help me either.
What can I do after all this, considering can't go in person.
