im at work on day and everything is fine the app still have my information and everything but my data is deactivated and i cant make any calls nor can i call anyone and i am wondering why my due payment isn’t until the 27th so i am confused why everything cut off

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues using your services. If so, could you please provide additional details for the Community to be better able to assist?
Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone?
- Are the issues only happening only at work? What about at home, or anywhere else, indoors or outdoors?
- Do you know of anyone else in the are having similar issues?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
In the meantime, we'd also recommend our Support page titled I’m having issues with my service (calls, text, data)
for general troubleshooting tips and advice.

My services just randomly stopped working. Literally, no service... No bars just a circle with a line through it, and phone saying to insert a SIM card... Which is already in there. Yes, I started my phone, yes, I removed the card and cleaned both it and the port... Yes, I even put the card into a different phone, but same results...
