Hi there @alyssa.
Welcome to the Community.
For the Community to be better able to assist, you'll need to share more details:
- What is the make and model of your new phone?
- Is the phone unlocked? Did you buy it new or secondhand?
- Have you restarted your phone since inserting the SIM?
- When checking the network settings in your phone, what does it show for the inserted SIM card?
- Have you configured your APN settings?
For configuring the APN settings, please check out our page on How do I change my APN settings?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
