First of all, what kind of "Rewards" do you have? Is it the Auto top up reward or the Referral reward?

Hey VE7MMG,
The top up rewards are not related with the plans, its just for how many months you made the top up. Thus, you wont be losing that bonus.
The other thing is that now you cannot change the plan to $15, as it is only available for new activations.
You can suspend a service and keep your same phone number for a max of 90 days after the day your plan expires (You will see that date in the app where is displays the suspension message along with the date that your number will be terminated). You can do 5 months suspension by changing your current plan to the next cheapest plan of $25 during the suspension time, so that you get an extension of another 90days in addition to the 30 days included for a $25 plan.

If I understand correctly,
I will not loose my Auto top up and 6 and 12 month data rewards if I suspend service for up to 90 days and won't have to pay monthly fee. Good News.
One more question, how do I suspend my service ? and restart it and not loosing my reward data.
Thanks,
Mike

Hey VE7MMG,
To suspend, you just need to stop paying from the next billing cycle (Just cancel the auto top up). After that if no payment is received the account will automatically be suspended. Now after suspension, open the app and you will get the message that the account is suspended and you have until "MM/DD/YYYY" (90 days) to make a top up, in order to retain your number. Simply top up before that date and you get 30 days of plan validity, and after that plan expired, you can have the same 90 days suspension period.
One thing to note, changing the plan during account suspension period is not possible, thus, when your account is active change the plan so that when you need to top up the plan is automatically selected as $25 cheapest plan. Or call customer service to change the plan if you forget to do so.

Great clear instructions,
However If I understand correctly,
I will not loose 6 and 12 month data rewards if I suspend service for up to 89 days and once I make a top up my 6 and 12 month data rewards will not be affected and will not reset to the re-activation date.

The rewards will stay unaffected, but the billing date will change to whatever date you made a top up. For exampl your current billing date is 5th every month, and you do a top up on your 89th day of suspension and its 10th date, your new billing cycle will be 10th every month from then.
