Why does it say sorry not available when I try to get a phone number

Pls tell me what to do and it actually says sorry couldn’t redeem phone number or something like that and then also says try again later

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

In order for the Community to best assist, some clarification will be needed in regards to your post. 

Are you referring to creating a new activation or simply making a change to an existing account? Other users that may have faced a similar roadblock has found some success after clearing their cooking and cache and even to place their browser in incognito mode.
