I wish to retain my number and keep my account, but am out of the country. I understand that my account will expire after 4 months of inactivity, but from what date is that calculated? I am not subscribed to automatic payment, but my account balance is $10. Is there a minimum charge during the time my activity is dormant?

Hi there, @skitown. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community.
If you do not have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) on your Monthly Charge Date, your service will be suspended. The 120 days / 4 months begins from the day your service is suspended.
Do keep in mind as well that if you happen to let your account be deactivated, your number and account will not be retrievable.

I have a number connected to nearly all of my accounts, which I didn't bother changing beforehand.
I'm trying to get the old number back, even if I have to pay for a Sim and months service to do so 😅 is that possible because I've requested with my current provider to set my number as the old one but they were unable.

Hey AguyWithAquestion,
90 days after the number gets suspended, the number is available to general public. If someone has not yet taken your number and is very important, you can try going to a physical Lucky Mobile Store and try asking them if they can recover it. There is a 1% change of you getting the number back but hey, if it is important, give it a try. Again, go the Lucky Mobile OFFICIAL store ONLY for these kind of of stuff

I’m going back to my country for 2month so I won’t be able to use my plan, number and sim card. But I’ll come back to Canada after 2 months so I don’t want my account to completely disappear also I still want to have same phone number when I come back. What should I do to deactivate for 2 months and reactivate again with same phone number?
