If you have a Lucky Mobile plan
that includes unlimited text, then you can send Unlimited Canada-wide & US / International texts from Canada. If you're unsure as to what plan you have or if you'd like to change to one including US and/or international texting, you can log into your Lucky Mobile My Account profile and go to Manage My Plan
