After going through all the pages of the form, it says:
We are having technical difficulties.
We are currently experiencing temporary technical difficulties and we were unable to activate your phone or create your account.
To activate your phone and create your account please visit a Lucky Mobile store or contact us. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
When will it be resolved? Or how do I contact you to activate the SIM card?

For those who may have similar issue in the future: opening the link luckymobile.ca/activate in incognito mode (Ctrl + Shift + P in Firefox) without addons and using a Canadian card worked.
I'm pretty sure it's not the cookies and not the addons, but the fact that I used an international card, something has been broken in the last few weeks and you need to fix it.

No, the website is still broken. After filling the form, it authorizes the card, creates a pending transaction, but then reverts it back and shows the next error page:

Can you try and complete your activation without using the credit card and see if the activation proceeds past this step.

No, it's required to choose a plan and it's required to pay for that using either a bank card or a top up card which I don't have...
Just fix your website!!!! It worked just a few weeks ago. Do you have Software Engineers at all?

Bought SIM, bought top up, tried to activate, website crashed at final step .... ARRGHHH!!!!!!!!
Still no phone service. The live chat dropped me after my problem not solved after nearly 1 hour. Not a pleasant experience thus far. UnLucky....?

Exactly as the title says. In addition to that, any changes to my login, payment method, etc, result in some sort of technical error. Received an email saying "welcome to Lucky Mobile, here is your chosen phone number, here are the terms" but the app says there is no service and my profile will apparently be deleted in 6 months. My card was charged and then uncharged. I assume this means it has been rejected in some form, but I can't change or check my payment method (as previously stated, attempting to do so will result in a technical error) and I really need this phone quickly.

I forgot to mention that when I try to link a service to my profile, it prompts me to enter my phone number. I enter my phone number (the one that I remember choosing, the one that the email said I chose) and it says "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again." No amount of retries over the past 2 days have succeeded to any length.

It just attempted to charge my Visa again. Still no service. I suspect there is something wrong with my card or my account but I can't delete my profile because the "service" doesn't shut off apparently.

Hi,
I have tried to activate my new SIM card but the process has always stopped at the sixth step. Even though I loaded countless times, it stays there and cannot move to the final step.
Please help!!!!!!!!! It’s really annoying!!!!!
