Transferring number (eSIM) to other provider from Lucky troubleshooting

I'm in the process of switching my Lucky Mobile number over to a new provider. My Lucky number is on an eSIM. For the process, they have sent me a text confirming I want to transfer my number, and I replied YES. Basically, I'm just wondering if I'm supposed to receive a confirmation that it's transferred from Lucky's end. After my text, I have received nothing else. Will the text take a while, and should I keep Lucky activated until then? Or should I switch to my new eSIM now?

Hi there, @Ella_w. Welcome to the Community.

Once you receive the port authorization text and approve it within 90 minutes, no further communication is sent. Do keep in mind that if you respond outside that 90 minute window, the authorization will be invalid no matter the response you give to it. You would need to reach out to your new provider at that time to restart the porting process.

Otherwise once the port is completed, your Lucky Mobile eSIM would be automatically closed as the number attached to it would no longer belong to Lucky Mobile.
