We signed up for Lucky and got our SIM cards at The Source locally, and the salesperson told us we cannot transfer our previous phone numbers (with Bell Mobility) to Lucky. He said it is impossible, but this website says otherwise. Even though he set up our SIMs with different numbers, are we still able to request the transfer of our original numbers? How do we go about it?

As said in the title, I am having trouble figuring out how to transfer my old number to be my new current number with lucky mobile. I have already chosen a new number with lucky mobile so I cannot transfer numbers when I sign up for lucky mobile, because I’m past that point. If anybody has some guidance I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Greetings! I am brand new to Lucky. I was directed to Lucky because my phone carrier is going into retirement. Meaning the phone number with this carrier has now expired. All of my two-factor authentications are linked to this expired number. I was told that I could link this expired number with my Lucky mobile number. I am forever greatful for any advise or pointing me in the direction, I need to go. Cheers!

Good morning, @ZingZing. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for reaching out.
Could you please clarify as to which provider you're referring to that is shutting down? Additionally, if you could please share where you had seen that you could link your previous number with your new Lucky Mobile number, it would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
