Top up during suspension

So I forgot to top my sons phone. It has now been suspended. I tried to top up online I'm blocked. Tried calling *111 on his phone and it wont got thru.  Do I need to go to lucky kiosks or call customers service using my phone (not lucky line) just one to get my sons phone back up.

So I top up my account, as it suspended at midnight. I top it up 10 mins later . Lucky takes the $$ my my bank.. but my account is still suspended. Anyone know why this is happening? 

i just activated my lucky mobile and it says my account is suspended what do i do?

I just finished joining Lucky a few minutes ago and logged into my account and it is saying my account has been suspended.

This is the message I see when logging in, "You're account balance is $0.00 and your account has been suspended"

Furthermore, I tried to manually top-up my account and it says my credit card number is invalid, which it isn't, and won't let me make a payment. I tried two cards and it says both card numbers are invalid. I have used both recently with no issues.

Not a good first impression, I am starting to feel a little uneasy about switching over.

Can you guide me on what I am supposed to do?

I just signed up a day ago and my account has been suspended for non-payment. I cannot add funds due to an error in your online credit card form that says my credit card numbers are invalid.

I didn't update my credit card after it expired and my account just got suspended. I just topped up 2 x my monthly spend and it says my account is still suspended, so I then updated my automatic top-up again with a new card, and it still says account suspended?

Is this typical of suspensions work? I noticed that because my account is suspended, I can't even see my payment history to know exactly how much I owe and needs to be topped up.

The data plan, I changed before, has not been charged properly.
The charging date is every 21th, and my account has been suspended due to the lack of balance for the plan. I have now enough balance in my account by removing one of my add-on, but I cannot find how I can resume the charging process manually.
Please tell me how to resume the charging process so that I can use the plan normally as soon as possible

 

Top up twice and my account is not unsuspending. I feel ripped off! Unsuspend my account!!

I missed my monthly payment because I thought it was a pay as you go thing and not a monthly charge, I am new to Canada. I met a friend and told him I wanted to get a pay as you go and he was like great, took me to a shop and got a sim but there was obviously a miscommunication between what I thought I was buying and what I have.

So I 'topped up' money on my account, so my account now has more than the monthly bill but I had no idea how to reinstate the plan.

I tried chatting to a lucky employee on the messaging thing but they were ultimately unhelpful told me my phone was working and everything is fine but my account says I missed the monthly payment.

I have a 50 top up card but my phone isnt working , how do i fix it.

I want to top up my account because it was suspended. But the app just says I have no mobile service and I need to link my account. But if I link my account, it just says I’ve already linked. The number to call top-up says it cannot process due to a system error and to try again later. It’s been like this for hours. Lucky mobile is having technical difficulties which are literally causing me to not have a working phone plan! What

 the heck is wrong with this?

Hiw come my phone doesnt work after I topped up 100 dollars?

Despite confirming and submitting correct balance for plan and having balance in account after topping up, account remains suspended and messages say topping up is needed - whether it be deliberate or incompetence by LM, I am seriously considering changing provider and recommending my family and friends  do the same - LM either have some serious weaknesses and poor management of their systems or have written into their software some deceptive code to trick their customers. Not good.
