I've switched to auto top up, does that mean the monthly bill is automatically paid & I don't have to worry about shut-offs? 🤔

Good morning, @PeePeePeePeterPan. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for reaching out.
Yes, that is the purpose of auto top-ups - to offer you as the user peace of mind, knowing that your monthly top-up is going to be taken care of automatically. 🙂
An important note to keep in mind: if a credit card is added or updated with less than 2 days before the Anniversary/Monthly Charge Date, you will need to manually top up to maintain a positive balance for the current month.
Let us know if you have any further questions. Best wishes.
