Sim card not activated even after paying

Hi,

So I purchased a new lucky sim card yesterday and was trying to activate it. However, even after having the amount deducted from my account, the sim card did not activate. I have not heard back from them and nor have I received my money back. The screen displayed an error message saying "we are currently experiencing technical difficulties"

whats the solution?

I bought a sim card, activated online, pay for 15gb ($60 cad) and at the end of th activation process the page didn't load. 
The payment was charge to my card and after inserting the simcard on my phone I don't have service and in my account says "no service linked to your profile"
I would like to know waht to do in order to make this work given that I already pay for the service.
