How long does it take to receive reception after activation? Mine is taking forever

I need help, i’m trying to setup my eSIM that I got in my email and it’s not working, none of my data or minutes isn’t working, idk what to do, I already bought at $32 phone plan but nothing isn’t working.

I charged my fare $30
but my data was not working
so i charged more fare
but it is still not working
how can i do and can i refund fare?

Why can I not text or call on my phone. There is no service depsite the monthy charge being applied two days ago, and no data usage?
Customer service obviously not helpful.

I have kind the same problem. Activated my SimCard and topped up yesterday. Data isn't working and reception is awful. I only have one or two bars and no reception at all when I'm in my house.
