How long does it take to receive reception after activation? Mine is taking forever

I switched to Lucky Mobile today canceling my service with koodo. I still have not received a connection on my phone as it will not connect to the network. When I try to download the esim it threw and error and now I cannot use my phone. I called customer service and they said that there's a technical difficulty and that it would be fixed today. I have now been without use of a phone for 8 hours. This is serious for me as I run my business through my cell phone.

This might be long, so I apologize in advance.
So I decided to switch from sasktel, to lucky mobile to give me and my daughter more data and lower costs. All seemed OK?
We both had to create accounts ( even though she's a minor she couldn't be added to mine?) And both of us got the prompt to call after entering in all our information and esim. So we call. Lady simply tells us she confirmed the switch with our phone numbers and it'll all be switched within the hour.
Well at that time we lost sasktel. And never got lucky service. Our online accounts were also saying we needed to verify our accounts by sending a text message for a verification code. Well we had no service so couldn't recieve this code so our accounts weren't fully created to edit or activate anything. Phone calls and live chat kept giving us different solutions that didn't work. Then said I have to visit bell.
So I visit bell. The bell lady clearly wasn't experienced with lucky. Looked me up and said she couldn't do anything because our accounts weren't fully activated. I have no service so used her store phone for almost TWO HOURS trying to get our esims to activate. Finally they sell me physical sims and tell me to come back tomorrow to activate those to our account ( because the store was now closing). But I decided to insert the sims at home and call to have them activate it that way, because well, we need our phones for emergencies! But nope, that can't be done, have to take sim cards back to the store so they can verify my identity to activate them.
I cant even count how many live agents I talked to today giving me different issues. One being my previous carrier didn't unlock our phones ( i contacted them, they said nothing is locked and our ohone numbers were released), other being I haven't topped up my plans even though when I created account I gave them my banking information, and I can't get in to top up because I have no service to recieve activation code!
So in my emails I finally see a QR activation code. But says I have to scan the QR code with another device, finally that works enough to give me texting to activate my account so I can then pay to " top up" to get data and phone service. This is after 8 hours and many agents, even a store visit!
I made the switch at 3pm. Was told by 345 it would be switched, didn't recieve the QR activation code until 530 , after I had already started calling etc... and they didn't even tell me they were sending me the code and to try that. I didn't see the code until 9?
So anyways! I'm excited now, I kinda figured it out for me, now to figure it out for my daughter, just get the QR activation code! Nope... she didn't get it. So we are still stuck in this endless loop of activating her account but unable to do so because she has no cell service for the . code. And no QR code go activate her esim and it's now 11pm and of course the tech side of things is closed now. So now I have to call again tomorrow morning. I know what we need now, but I'm sure it won't be that easy, this whole switch hasn't been! I'm sure they will give me issues because she's a minor and I'll be calling for her , or they won't know how to send the email I'm talking about.
Why on earth didn't they send both me and my daughter this QR activation code to begin with ?! Once I figured it out it wasn't awful.
So now I'm out 8+ hours of my life, alot of stress and 20$ on physical sim cards they forced me to get saying that would fix the issue. If I wasn't scared of losing the number I've had for 20 years I would've said screw it hours ago and chose another company. Ugh.
I'm sure this post will yield nothing but venting my frustrations, but I am NOT happy with how things have been handled today and I regret ever switching.

I already activate my account and plan, and paid already. Been 2 days now but why my sim still working

I need help, i’m trying to setup my eSIM that I got in my email and it’s not working, none of my data or minutes isn’t working, idk what to do, I already bought at $32 phone plan but nothing isn’t working.

I charged my fare $30
but my data was not working
so i charged more fare
but it is still not working
how can i do and can i refund fare?

I recently activated my Lucky SIM with my own phone and initially it showed signal and I can access the internet but I can’t make or receive calls. After few minutes, the service went out and no signal is showing on my phone.

I just joined feb 26 and told next payment march 26th then told phone not working due to lack of payment I think anyways reading others comments seems like its an on going issue...Any fix does anyone know?

I was setting up my spouse with a lucky account and he got a phone number and the email for the pre paid account but we never got to the screen to activate the eSIM. His phone is saying his provider is Lucky but even when we got a physical sim it’s asking us to restart and make a new account I’m beyond frustrated.
