Hello, the other day my iPhone screen went completely black on me. Now i just don't know if my phone is even on??? Anyhow i go to put my SIMS card into a back up iPhone (older) and once the phone loads up a big message come up regarding a PUK code that they are saying my mobile service provider is to issue me this code. BUT i have now way to contact them as my Sims card is looked.  Is there someone out there to point me in the right direction to get this PUK code.....Please and vary much appreciated.

Good afternoon. Recently purchased a Lucky Mobile SIM card and topped up for a basic plan. Installed sim and now being told to unlock it because it's a "network locked sim". I tried using the unlock code provided in my account but that didn't work either. My phone is compatible. It's a Samsung J3 or equivalent. Older phone.

What am I doing wrong?

For options as to how to configure your SIM PIN on iOS, check out this page on Apple's support site, Use a SIM PIN for your iPhone or iPad

If you're using an Android phone, follow these steps in your settings:

1. Click Settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select Set up SIM card lock.
4. Toggle the SIM card lock feature On or Off.
5. You will be prompted to enter your SIM PIN.

Hey there Lucky Mobile Community, wanted to provide an update. 

You can find your SIM unlock key, also known as a PUK code, by following these steps:

1. Login to your Lucky Mobile MyAccount

2. Under the My Services tab, look for My Phone. Click More about my phone.

3. From Manage my phone, click Unlock my SIM card, then click Get unlock key.

Careful when entering your SIM unlock key; after 10 failed or unsuccessful input attempts, your SIM card will be locked permanently.
