I purchased a SIM card and I wanted to transfer my existing phone number. I received the text and followed with a yes. I asked to transfer my number on the 21, it is now the 23 and my phone number is still linked to my old SIM card and provider. When I put the Lucky SIM card it, it just says no service. I have tried resetting the phone but that does nothing. When I try to login into my account, it asks for my number and then gives me an error. I have contacted Lucky through email. I also get emails with my username but when I try to sign in using it, it says error. Really disappointed.
