I signed up for an account earlier today, and I can't top up because the page gives me a 400 bad request error:

Generally speaking, issues such as these cropping up on any website can be addressed by clearing your cookies and cache. We would also make sure that your browser is up to date, and if you have any web filters set up, to double check that there's no issues and to set up an exception for luckymobile.ca if possible.
Lastly, you can always use the Lucky Mobile My Account app
as an alternative option for reviewing your account and topping up. 🙂
