Reissue my QR code

So I need to get my QR code reissued after I erased all the downloaded Sims from my cell phone. However I can't seem to find where the QR code was originally displayed and I didn't save it I'm starting to think I might need them to reissue me a QR code is this correct?

Hello,

I’ve signed up for a Lucky mobile plan this morning and ported overt my number from another provider. I opted to activate eSIM and a notification popped up on my iPhone to activate eSIM but it failed. By then the website had timed out and I no longer have access to the QR code. 

Would it be possible to get the QR code again? I am unable to access the account online because my cell phone number has already been ported to lucky but I don’t have access it to now because of the failed eSIM activation.

Hey Adeel,

Sorry to hear that, If you have a Lucky Mobile or partner store (Such as Bell, The Source, Best Buy, Walmart Wireless, Wirelesswave, T-Booth Wireless) available nearby, just visit them for refreshing the eSIM or doing an eSIM replacement. 

I just spent over a hour on the phone with a manager who couldn't figure out how I can access my Esim activation page again. I signed up and paid for an Esim but can't acess the QR code or SM-DP+ Address information again. Horrible how is this not a button set up on the webpage on overview??

Hey Drosy14,

Its right on the home page of Lucky Mobile's official website with the name "Activate".

Click on it and you will be able to activate eSIM or a Physical SIM.

Lol I already signed up and paid for an e sim where an e sim qr code was shown and I paid for a plan. I cant find those details again. I NEED TO REACH THAT PAGE AGAIN!!! 

I created an account with Lucky and when trying to download the e-sim, I decided to wait until I got home. When signing back into the Lucky app, I can't seem to figure out how to start downloading the e-sim again?
