Problem with plan - start up

I just signed up for a new account with a call plan $15 - 100 Minutes Canada-wide Calling Plan and it issued me a phone number. - However, on my account, it says that my plan is the Canada-Wide Data Only Plan – 500 MB - how can I have this fixed.
