So, i have 2 lucky mobile sims and plan to use them in one phone (iphone 13 mini).
I see 2 options in the online portal.
"Transfer services to another phone " and "Transfer services" lands you to the same page where it asks for EID and stuff, so basically transferring service to a esim.
"Transfer service to a new SIM card" asks for physical sim number thereby allowing transfer of service to a physical sim.
I am assuming these options work fine (lemme know if they don't). One should be able to do the below:
Physical sim to Physical sim -- Using "Transfer service to a new SIM card"
Physical sim to eSIM - Using "Transfer services to another phone"
eSIM to eSIM -- Using "Transfer services to another phone"
eSIM to Physical sim -- Using "Transfer service to a new SIM card"
BUT
I have so many people complaining that if you move to eSIM you can NEVER go back to physical sim.
How true is that ? Can that not be done using "Transfer service to a new SIM card"
If there any kind of restriction ?

Hi there @PrivacyIsIllusion. Welcome to the Community, and thanks for your post 🙂
Interesting question! Yes, it is possible to transfer an existing eSIM to a physical SIM card.

I'll bookmark this page and will come back to tell you the experience, whenever i try this.
For now, i am stuck at the simple step of physical to eSIM. Used the online account to accomplish this but failed. Clicked <<Transfer services to another phone>> --->> Entered IMEI2 (Available sim) --->>> selected phone type ----->> Selected "Keep existing sim xxxxxxx".
Got confirmation that its done. Then tried scanning the QR code
Says "Plan cannot be added. Code no longer valid" and physical sim still works.
Tried doing it all over again and as soon as i enter the IMEI it says "please enter the IMEI of your new device (not the one from your current device)"
Kinda Dead End.
Lucky chat support is unavailable for 8-10 days now. Call support says they cant help with eSIM go to store. Bell store i visited said "They dont even have access to lucky portal". Source staff said "They are new and the process is complicated and that i may loose my number" - How can i proceed with such a disclaimer. !!!
Bell support tried but fail and redirected me to lucky tech support who basically said "back end will look into it"....Atleast for me this mean "Ticket closed without action"
Anyone has any suggestion to resolve the situation. ?

i just got old retro phone and I want to use that phone.
but that phone only accept real sim,
My currently using e sim phone, and want to buy physical sim to activate my plan in old retro phone.
i just wonder if I buy new sim, my plan and number are changed? and if I got new sim and do I have to pay double plan?
or do i have to cancer my e sim plan and make new plan for physical sim?
