Right now Lucky has a back to school deal of 22gigs for $45, just requires auto top up, yet I can't figure out how to get it for her. Their website doesn't have links to it at all, and customer service gives me the run around. What do I do?

Hey there,
Just to let you know that the offer only applies to the new activations. When you are buying it online, while creating the account you will be asked to set up auto top up right away while doing the activation.
However, if you are an existing customer, the offer does not get applied to you. But you can still get a little extra data if you set up auto-top up for your existing plan. It can be done via the Lucky Mobile app or visiting luckymobile.ca
