Once we change of province, is it recommended to change our phone number? At least is it possible?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

This is a good question and it would depend on your plan and the plan of the person calling you. If you have a Canada wide plan then you will be local where you are located no matter of your number. If the caller only has a local plan then they might incur Long Distance charges if they call you. 

Yes, number changes are possible.
