No Voicemail notifications

I own an iPhone 11 and do not get Voicemail notifications (the red dot) on my display. This is very annoying and I missed a few important voice mails. I could not find a working solution with my phone settings and by searching the Lucky Mobile forums. I am using a single eSIM.

Hey there @Robo4u,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

You can fix an iPhone that's not getting notifications by restarting it, making sure notifications are turned on in the apps settings and making sure that you're using the most up to date IOS and apps. If all else fails, you should try resetting the iPhone — just make sure to back it up first.
