Issues with porting my number to lucky mobile

I have been trying to get my number ported from Virgin to Lucky for 5 days now with no luck. I finally thought it worked the 4th time I spoke with someone. Well it didn't, my service with Virgin is no longer active, and my lucky mobile still has my temporary number when you call anyone, but yet my account online shows the virgin mobile number as my number. I tried calling the number I'm supposed to have and it says it's out of service. I am so angry and frustrated right now. I wanna scream. How can I get this fixed properly without having to call 50 times to do it

Sometimes when transferring your number a small delay may be in effect to complete the entire process. If you haven't done it already, turn your phone off and back on, as a fresh connection to the network can help move things along.

I have activated my Lucky SIM and responded YES to the port request from my previous carrier. Put my Lucky SIM in my phone but I'm unable send or receive calls or texts. How long does it take until my number is active on Lucky?

Today I was sorting out how to transfer my old Public Mobile phone number to Lucky. I lost my old phone and PM sim, so was starting over with new phone and Lucky sim. In order to link my new lucky account to the original phone number, I was required to request a text to verify. Since i do not have service with Lucky yet, and my number is still with public, every time i requested a code it never came. I talked to both providers. Public Mobile asked me to ask Lucky if a manual setup (port something or other) would work - Lucky said it was immediately approved and to wait a few hours until the service would switch over and I would be able to receive the text. It has been almost 10 hours and when i go to "my account" for lucky, and request a code, nothing comes. My phone still says "no service" - not sure how to proceed from here...

Hello,

I started an activation with Lucky today and had a hickup in the middle, right before assigning an esim and right after confirming with my old provider that I wanted to switch carriers.

Had a few calls with support where they tried to help but now I'm at a point where the old provider has disconnected the line and I'm not hooked up with Lucky yet.  I can't even call support back now.

I'm really stuck now - how can I get support without my phone working and I can't seem to find any other contact information.

Did you ever resolve this issue? If so, how long did it take and what did you have to do? I’m in the same boat. 

Signed up to Lucky Mobile service, chose two days later to activate and transfer my number, it now three days later past the scheduled activation date. How long does this process take?
