I 'd like to add my wife to lucky mobile, but the page https://www.luckymobile.ca/Referral-Program is empty. Is the program stopped?

Please note that as of June 17th 2024, the Lucky Mobile Refer-A-Friend program has been closed to new registrations. Referrals can only be made by users already registered before June 17th as a referrer within the referral program.

I have read it before posting. It says "Access the referral dashboard to get your unique link that you can share with your friends." But the dashboard link goes to an empty page -- no relevant content.

Yes. it is very hard locate the Referral link or it no longer is a option. I did see something that after June 2024 it is not available however if you are a client before June 2024 it is still a option. can anyone confirm or locate the link?

I received an email on Oct 12, 2024 that said, "Share this unique link with your friend to get started" and it had my referral code link with part of my name but the link just goes to a page with nothing else but the text "Lucky Mobile Refer-a-Friend". So is the program still active or not?

Lucky Mobile customers who registered for the Refer-a-Friend Program prior to June 17, 2024 are eligible for the program and can continue to refer friends and benefit from the referral credits.

If the referral program is still active for users who registered the program prior to June 17, 2024, can Lucky Mobile fix the referral page because it is not working since December as noted by multiple users in this thread.

I have an email with the subject line, "You’re signed up for the Lucky Mobile Refer-A-Friend program" from March 7, 2023 (way before June 17, 2024). How can I continue to refer friends and get credits when my actual referral link does nothing when they click it?

We've reached out to the team in charge of looking into this issue and they're still investigating. You can periodically give the Dashboard a try to see when it will be repaired.
***UPDATE*** The Dashboard is now back up and running.

Yes, Lucky Mobile users who signed up for and took advantage of the Refer-A-Friend program prior to June 17th 2024 are able to continue to take advantage with your unique referral link.
