If I skip a month, is there a fee or can I simply pay the monthly fee when ready to activate again?

On a month to month $15 plan, can I skip some months and just pay $15 each time I using the phone again? Any other fees?

Yes, you can do that, just keep in mind that you get 90 days after your plan expires to make a top up. If you dont, you will lose the number.
